Configure optional auto-apply

Auto-apply can apply eligible Autopilot suggestions without a separate manual approval for each batch. Use it only after reviewing the quality and relevance of suggestions for that repository link.

Open the Space's Autopilot → Auto-apply settings. If your plan and permissions include the feature, enable it for the intended repository link and choose its confidence threshold.

Review the repository, branch, filters and writing instructions first. A high threshold does not correct an incorrectly scoped link.

Understand the result

Eligible changes are applied according to the link's settings and recorded in activity. The workflow saves a version snapshot before automated application. Review the resulting pages and the available history or rollback actions when checking a run.

Suggestions that are not eligible for automatic application remain for manual review. Auto-apply should not be interpreted as a promise that every future suggestion will bypass the inbox.

Start conservatively

Begin with a bounded set of documentation and examine early changes. If the result is not appropriate, disable auto-apply, review the applied content and correct the link's scope or instructions before enabling it again.

Use Activity and audit history to investigate changes. If you need help recovering content, retain the batch and page identifiers rather than starting a new full documentation build.
