Review and apply documentation suggestions
Open the Autopilot inbox to review proposed documentation changes. You can work across Spaces or open the inbox for a specific Space.
Review a suggestion
Read the target page, the change explanation and the proposed diff. Check both factual correctness and whether the change belongs in that page. A confidence score helps prioritize review but is not a substitute for checking important instructions.
For a new-page suggestion, check its title and placement as well as its body. For an existing page, make sure the proposed replacement preserves still-valid content.
Choose an action
| Action | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Apply | The proposed content is correct and ready to update the Space. |
| Discard | The suggestion is irrelevant or should not be applied. |
| Snooze | You need to return to the pending suggestion later. |
Use bulk actions only after checking the selected suggestions. Applying changes requires the appropriate plan and permissions; preview access may allow reading diffs without applying them.
After applying
Open the updated page and check the final result. Use Activity to inspect what happened. A suggestion that is no longer pending may not accept the same action again.
The Platform AI Agent can help locate and explain suggestions. When it proposes a change, review its approval request before execution.
If the underlying documentation changed while you were reviewing, reopen the current page and prepare an up-to-date action rather than assuming the older preview is still safe to apply.
